That's where the professionals at A&M Home Inspections Ltd come in. While you focus on the home's style, size, layout, price, and neighborhood, we can take care of evaluating its major systems - like the plumbing, heating, and electrical. Then we'll provide you with an electronic report to help you make the best buying decision possible.
Making sure you have all the information pertaining to the home's major systems and components before you make such a significant decision simply makes sense. Count on A&M Home Inspections to give you the unbiased, professional opinion you need, allowing you to move in with confidence.
Each and every report is performed in accordance with the Standards of Practice. This is an important document to read if you are looking to get a home inspection done, as it lays out what is performed in a home inspection, and also touches on what is NOT included in a home inspection. For example, lawn sprinkler systems, window coverings and fences are a few examples of items home inspectors are not required to inspect.
A&M Home Inspections prepares each home inspection report using Horizon software developed by Carson Dunlop & Associates. Horizon was created by home inspectors and has advanced over decades of report writing, which allows A&M to provide each client with an industry leading home inspection report. Horizon has been developed from over 34 years of home inspection expertise and experience. The report aids our clients and real estate agents to understand the home inspection report in a professional and easy to read format.
